Bright Building 

Project Overview

 

Large lift lobbies that were not being utilised effectively were in need of a solution. To address this, Bruntwood enlisted the help of Standing Space to transform these spaces into comfortable and inviting areas that could be used for informal meetings, waiting, or simply relaxation. The addition of plants and custom screens allowed for a sense of separation from the rest of the lobby. These commercial spaces now offer a warm and agile communal work setting that is both inviting and cosy. These are what we call "character lobbies"!

 

Building History

BDP designed and built Bridgewater Place in the early 2000s. The development features a pleasant pedestrian walkway with landscaping and a water feature.

Standing space were approached by Bruntwood to create inviting, homely and functional spaces within a number of large lift lobbies and corridors in the Bright Building.
