Office Refurbishment

Project Overview

Located in an existing occupied 2 storey office building. The works needed to be packaged into areas to minimise disruption to the tenant. As part of the team Standing Space Ltd attended the  client's group meetings to develop a greater understanding of the interaction between different departments within the business and their aspirations for the building. The company had recently re-branded and were keen to include the new brand within the designs. Standing Space Ltd revised the layout of the floor plans, specifying new finishes, new fixtures, and new furniture, plus feature lighting.

Design Challenges 

​

This project had a tight programme. Several finishes needed to be re-specified due to excessive lead times, however the client was keen to retain the design proposals produced by Standing Space. Time was spent looking for similar finishes and checking lead times. All involved agreed that we pulled this off!
