Project Overview

Working alongside Contract Services R & R Ltd, Standing Space was employed by Pitalia Limited to create a modern Manchester city centre office location. Having already completed a refurbishment of their office in Bolton, Pitalia were open about different finishes and elements that they liked and wanted to include in the commercial interiors project.

We loved taking their elephant logo and creating an outstanding black wooden version located in the reception area - a stand-out feature for any commercial entrance. The building was subdivided by function. The ground floor comprises welcome, meeting, and eating spaces. While the first & second floors are office spaces and WCs/showers.

This boutique office was a fantastic interior design & workplace fit-out project.

Building History

The building is built in the Georgian style and comes with parking facilities and a central courtyard.
