The project was a celebration of pink aesthetics, with various shades and tones to create a captivating and inviting atmosphere. Wellington Mill, constructed in 1928 for the Bazley Brothers, pioneers in the cotton spinning trade, has a fascinating history that continues to evolve. Over the years, it has witnessed various chapters in the textile and clothing industry. Today, it still plays a vital role in the clothing sector. Working with the constraints of a grade II listed building can be challenging, especially when you want to achieve a contemporary and creative aesthetic. The team worked hard to balance the historical elements and preserve the buildings heritage, whilst harmonising a new modern look and feel.
