Project Overview

Warwick Investments owned the next-door commercial building and had outgrown their workspace, so they were very keen to get their new space ready. After taking a detailed brief, Standing Space set about producing a full interior design package, including 3D visuals. Warwick Investments undertook the fit-out themselves, ensuring that every element of the design was implemented within the new building.

A mixture of finishes was used throughout, coupled with bespoke signage and images. The result? A very sleek, bright, and flexible office that certainly stands out to all that swing by.

Building History

The Quays Reach development, covering an area of 100,000 sq ft, was built in Salford Quays in 2003.

Design Challenges

The building was outdated, from the doors and flooring to the lighting and restrooms. The challenge was to create a stunning business interior with a homey feel and a strong sense of confidence. The client testimonial says it all - "Amazing."
